What charity is this for?
The Sole Sisters Run is donating all proceeds to the Canadian Cancer Society, in the name of cancer research.
How do I register?

Who can participate?
This event is open to everyone, young or old, male or female.
Can we register as a team?
YES! We encourage teams to register. Teams of 15 or more get a 25% discount at time of registration. The team with the highest number of participants will receive 20 half-price registrations for next year's event.

Sole Sisters will send each interested donor a report detailing the number of registrants, how many people donated, how much money was
Will there be medals?
Yes, we are happy to say that everyone who completes their chosen distance will get a medal.
Will there be a photographer?
Yes! Sole Sisters is happy to announce that WMD Photography will be on hand to take pictures of our event.
Can we donate funds over and above the cost of race registration?
We are happy to accept donations at any time, however, please be advised that we will not be issuing charitable donation receipts at this time.
Will you be accepting donations the morning of the run?
We are happy to accept donations on race day, however, please be advised that we will not be issuing charitable donation receipts at this time.

What are the distances of the walk/run?
We are holding a 2km, a 5 km and a 10 km run/walk. Runs/walks start at 0800, with the 10 km starting first, followed shortly there after by the 5 km, and followed shortly there after by the 2 km.
Where do we start?
All distances start and end at Lower Reach Park in Smiths Falls, Ontario.
Is it a timed event?
Yes, we are happy to announce that Running Goat Timing will be onsite for our event timing.
Are there water tables?
There will be water available at the start/finish line.
There will also be a water table at about every 3 km of both the 5 k route and the 10 k route.
Will there be food available at the finish?
Yes, there will be bananas at the finish line.
